If in reviewing these menus you do not see your favorite items, we would be pleased to customize a menu to your complete satisfaction. Full Brunch Menu
If another uniform is required, the client will be responsible to provide. If the event exceeds the proposed timeframe, the client will incur a 15% surcharge per hour based on the total bill. Greystone Brew House will provide banquet tables, chairs, and appropriate tableware. All other tables and chairs are to be contracted at the responsibility of the client.

Any Events booked at Dinner Time on Sundays will require customized Food & Beverage Minimums to be met and are subject to additional room fees. All personal property brought to the venue will be at the sole risk of the guest and the venue will not be liable for any loss or damage to this property for any reason. Greystone Brew House will not assume any responsibility for property left on the premises more than two weeks after the conclusion of your event. Greystone Brew House allows rental spaces to be decorated for your event. You must coordinate with the Event Coordinator prior to the event for times in which you would like to be onsite.
Taco Tuesday
If circumstances require you to cancel your event, please advise us immediately. Your deposit can be refunded if the event is canceled 30 business days prior to your event date. Events canceled inside of 30 days can be rescheduled for a date no later than 90 days after the original event date in order to transfer the original deposit paid. If the event is not rescheduled, the deposit is forfeited.

Both fruity and phenolic, this beer is characterized by its balance of banana and clove, and its beautiful effervescent glow when poured into the right glass.

Beverages
The majority of our clients come to Greystone Brew House for our ability to craft unique, customized menus instead of the standard ‘select from menu’ experience. We like paying homage to history, it’s kind of our thing. With that in mind, we have created another unique Irish Red Ale that has garnered it’s namesake from our very own Dillsburg. At one time the settlement was known as Monaghan Settlement, at other times it was Dill’s or Dills, Dillstown and even Dillston. Not only does this beer taste great, but you get a small taste of history as well.
The Name of the Group, Group’s Contact, and Date of Event must be included on all boxes. With years of experience, we can handle cocktail hours, plated and buffet dinners, beverage service and more. We will work closely with you to ensure a seamless and successful event. Any and all decorations must have approval from Greystone Brew House Management. Nothing may be hung, taped or tacked to any of the painted walls or ceilings in any spaces. Guaranteed minimum guest count, meal choices, and seating chart are due by 12 (noon) one week prior to the event. You may add to your guest count 3 business days prior to your event. If the deadline passes, and no guarantee has been given, we will consider the original number given to be the correct and guaranteed number of guests.
